Ms. Rivas, a licensed and multilingual clinical social worker, who worked in the nonprofit sector for over 13 year's experience. She has worked in diverse range of settings for example, with LGBTQ+ individuals, people who suffer from substance abuse issues and survivors of sexual assault, and with partners who have been sexually assaulted. She's served Erie clients in the year 2019 She is now offering telehealth mental health services. Mrs. Rivas belongs to the Perinatal Behavioral Health team that works with pregnancies women and postpartum mothers. She has been trained in adult and trauma-informed EMDR. She also provides Group as well as one-on-one therapy, a Medication assisted therapy program, referral to specialty care, Women's support group. Amanda is also a volunteer at Best Friends Animal Society. She assists pets in need of new places to call home. She wholeheartedly believes in Best Friends' slogan, save Them Everyone and is determined to make Los Angeles become a no kill city. Amanda gets the most enjoyment out of every day and continually challenges herself to meet the goals she has set and to achieve the goals she has set for herself.
